Questions

What happens when the trial ends?

If you don’t choose a plan, your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted or locked: you can still see, edit and export everything. Importing statements and documents, broker syncs, tax packs and Ask stop until you choose a plan. You’re never charged without choosing one.

Is there a free plan?

No — there’s a free trial instead, so the people paying are the people the product is built for, and your data is never the thing being sold.

Can I cancel?

Any time, in Settings → Billing. You keep everything until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Your first payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee — see the Refund Policy.

Does my partner need their own subscription?

No. One subscription covers you and one other member of your household — usually your partner. Each of you keeps your own login, and nothing is shared between you unless you choose to share it.

Does my accountant need an account?

No. A tax pack is shared as a link your accountant opens in a browser.

My accountant gave me a code. What does it do?

It skips the waitlist, and some accountants’ codes take a discount off your first year. If you use one, the accountant can see your name, that you joined, and whether you’re on a paid plan — never your financial data. Details are in the Terms.

Do you connect to my bank?

No. enMoney never holds a bank login: you import the PDF statements your bank already gives you. Broker connections are read-only and can’t place orders or move money. More on the security page.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. enMoney never sees your card number. Envara Labs is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
